As part of a new year Journey, I’m going to be trying to increase my health and happiness by losing 30lbs by my 30th Birthday in December 2011. I’m considering this my very own “Biggest Loser”. 12 months…just under 3lbs a month. Yikes! After 4 children, my body is ready to return to it’s normal (? whatever that is ?) state.

Biggest Physical Challenge This Month: Getting Started. Goal 1- 30mins a day of low impact exercise.

Biggest Diet Challenge This Month: Water. Need to get in the full 64oz my body needs.

Current Weight: 255lbs  (yes, it’s there.)
