Yesterday’s workout was OK. It’s not Pilates, which I’m coming to enjoy; but at least its a variation and will keep the repetitiveness at bay. My shin on my right leg has been giving me some trouble and I’m not sure why. Not going to let it stop me though. I’m also very tired today. Hope this all passes soon and that I can keep up my motivation and get the workout in this afternoon.

Dietary Progress: Getting in all my water. Good tip of the day: Always have a full glass out. That way when you pass it, you remember to drink it.
